Tyree Haynie opened his senior season play with a bang. Two minutes into the first of two exhibition games against Canada's Grande Prairie Regional College, Haynie took an almost full court pass and slammed it home. The Orediggers went on to decimate Grande Prairie by a score of 96-39. Haynie had 18 points, five rebounds and four assists on the night. In game two, the point guard from Chico, CA scored nine and added six assists and two steals.

The Orediggers start their non-conference play against Black Hills State College this Thursday at 8 pm after the women's volleyball match.
