Butte – In front of a large, lively crowd, the Lady Diggers swept the Battlin' Bears from Rocky Mountain 25-21, 25-18, 25-21.
Montana Tech (16-9, 6-7) wins their second straight and continues to play strong in the second half of the conference season. Tech has won their last four out of five games.
The Orediggers were dominant at the net hitting 50 kills to Rocky's 29. The team had a 0.343 hitting percentage.

Korey Krumm led the charge with 17 kills while hitting a staggering 0.625.
Freshman
Sydney Norris had 16 kills and hit for 0.483.
Montana Tech is home again on Saturday when they host Dickinson State. It will be the final regular season home match of the year. It will also be “Senior Night” and the four seniors will be honored prior to the match.
