BILLINGS – The Lady Diggers started out strong winning the first set, but couldn't get it done the next three falling to Rocky 25-23, 20-25, 20-25, 14-25.
Montana Tech (16-11, 6-8) loses their third straight match with all of the losses coming on the road.
Rocky (19-4, 11-2) wins their fifth straight staying just behind MSU-Northern in the standings.
Sydney Norris led the Lady Diggers again at the net completing 16 kills while hitting for .229 in the match. She also had 10 digs on the night.
Haley Druyvestein had 11 kills for the Diggers hitting for .556.
Kimmy Kavran had a strong defensive match digging 35 balls.
Montana Tech returns home next week for the final two regular season matches.
