Box Score LEWISTON, Idaho – The Montana Tech volleyball team fell in five sets (20-25, 23-25, 25-19, 25-23, 9-15) to Lewis-Clark State Saturday afternoon.
Tech drops to 9-13 overall, 4-6 Frontier. With the win, the Warriors improve to 14-7 overall, 8-2 Frontier and extend their match win streak to six.
The match saw three Diggers with double-digit kills including senior
Korey Krumm who had a match-high 19. Krumm also hit an amazing .613 percent on the day.
Sydney Norris and
Bailie Cortner added 10 kills apiece while
Makenzie Bauck handed out 45 assists.
Lewis-Clark State was led by Desiree Nielson and Treneisha Doyle who had 18 and 15 kills respectively. Setter Robyn Schirmer added 45 assists.
The Lady Diggers registered 75 digs including 17 by league leading
Kimmy Kavran.
Tech returns to the Mining City on Thursday October 30
