Box Score BUTTE, Mont. - Montana Tech fell, 15-25, 24-26, 21-25 Thursday night to Rival Carroll.
The Orediggers fall to 9-14 overall and 4-7 Frontier, while Carroll wins thier third-straight match improving to 16-10 overall and 8-4 in the conference.

Korey Krumm had another steller night for the Lady Diggers hitting .560 for 14 kills and no errors. Setter
Makenzie Bauck added a game-high 48 assists while conference digs leader
Kimmy Kavran had a game-high 21 digs on the night. Outside hitter
Jordan Danz had a balance night with eight kills and 10 digs.
The Fighing Saints were led by Kathleen Mulligan who had 11 kills whille Emily Burk chipped in with 15 assists and six digs.
In Set 1, the Saints rallied to an early 8-1 advantage, that lead would then surge to 20-8. Tech rallied to pull within eight on a Saint set error, but it was not enough as Carroll cruised to victory.
Set number two saw six lead changes and six ties. The Diggers had a chance to put the set away leading 24-22 thanks to a kill by Krumm, but the Saints came from behind thanks to a 4-0 highlighted by a Mulligan kill to take the set.
In the final stanza, Tech jumped to an early 8-3 lead but it was shortened by a 7-2 CC run knotting the score at 10. The Orediggers regained the lead at 17-13 thanks to a 4-0 run guided by three kills by Danz. With the set tied at 21 all, Carroll had a run of their own late in the game giving them the 25-21 win.
The Lady Diggers are back in action Saturday at 2 p.m. when they host No.1 Rocky Mountain College at 2 p.m. Saturday's game will also be senior day.
