Box Score BUTTE, Mont. – The Montana Tech Orediggers fell to No. 8 Biola to close out the Big Sky Challenge Saturday night. Tech fell in three sets 25-17, 25-18, 25-22.

Tech finished even in the two days going 2-2.

The Orediggers had a difficult time getting past Biola's front line. Biola registered eight blocks.

Bailie Cortner led Tech again with nine kills hitting for .250 in the match.

Korey Krumm and Annie Smoot each had eight kills. Sydney Norris finished with seven.

Alyssa Mason and Amy Weststeyn each had 10 kills in the match for Biola.

The Orediggers open the Frontier Conference season at home next weekend. Tech hosts MSU-Northern at 2 p.m. at the HPER Complex.
