Digger Rewind
Montana Tech split last weekend. The Orediggers fell 3-1 to sixth-ranked Rocky Mountain in their the Frontier Conference opener. Tech returned home on Saturday sweeping conference preseason favorite Lewis-Clark State.

Jordan Danz led the way totaling 23 kills while setter Makenzie Bauck had a total of 85 assists on the weekend.

Scouting the Skylights
MSU-Northern are 8-10 overall on the season. The Skylights dropped their first two conference matches last weekend against L-C State (1-3) and versus No. 6 Rocky Mountain (0-3).

Last time vs. MSU-Northern
Tech won both matchups against the Skylight last season. The Orediggers defeated Northern 3-0 in Butte and took the 3-1 victory in Havre.

Tech in the Polls
The Diggers moved up two spots to No. 21 in the latest installment of the Tachikara-NAIA Volleyball Coaches' Top 25 Poll.

Lucky Number 13
Tech's victory over L-C State last Saturday gave the Diggers 13 victories on the season which is one more than they had all of last year.
