DILLON, Mont. – Montana Tech found the momentum and their first conference victory against Montana Western in four sets. The Orediggers decisively took down the Bulldogs 25-21, 25-14, 22-25, 28-26.

The (RV) Orediggers (9-6, 1-2) hand Montana Western (7-8, 2-1) their first conference loss.

Nicole Peacock led the Diggers with a season high 16 kills hitting .310 in the match. She also had 12 digs helping out on defense.

The Orediggers outhit the Bulldogs 59-42 and had a team .200 hitting percentage.

Katie Wiley had 13 kills hitting .370.

Jordan Danz was the only other Digger in double-digits with 11 kills and 11 digs.

Makenzie Bauch had 47 assists and Sabrina Hopcroft had no return errors and 19 digs.

Tessa Miller was the only Bulldog in double digit kills with 10.

Montana Tech is in Billings tomorrow taking on Rocky Mountain who is still winless in the conference.
