The Orediggers (19-8, 9-2) were swept for the first time since August and only the third time this season. Tech loses just their second match in Frontier Conference play.
The Argos hit an efficient .226 and outhit the Diggers 46-41. Tech struggled on the attack finishing with a .161 hitting percentage.
Sydney Andersen and Lauren Brown combined for 20 kills for the Argos and Mariah Diaz added 8.
Masha Korol led the Diggers with 12 kills and 3 errors finishing with a .265 hitting percentage.
Angela Molesworth and
Gena McMillan had 7 kills each but combined for 9 hitting errors.
Sabrina Hopcroft had 21 digs.
Montana Tech concludes the conference season against Montana State Northern Saturday in Butte. The Diggers need one more victory to lock up the regular season Frontier title.
