Box Score BUTTE, Mont. – The No. 11 Eastern Oregon Mountaineers handed the Orediggers their first loss of the Big Sky Volleyball Challenge and second loss of the season. The Orediggers fell in three sets 28-26, 25-21, 25-22.

Despite tallying more kills than Eastern Oregon 42-36, Montana Tech had 24 attack errors and 14 service errors.

Angela Molesworth was the only Oredigger in double-digit kills with 11. The senior transfer finished with a 0.308 hitting percentage.

Nicole Peacock had nine kills.

Montana Tech plays Multnomah University in day two action of the Big Sky Volleyball Challenge tomorrow at 1 p.m.
