Box Score BELLEVUE, Nebraska—The Oredigger Volleyball team bounced back from a tough opening match to win their nightcap on Friday against Morningside University.

Against MidAmerica Nazarene University, after losing the opening two sets, the Diggers fought back to push the contest to a fifth set. In the fifth set MidAmerica Nazarene won the match 18-16.

Angela Molesworth and Masha Korol led Montana Tech with 15 and 14 kills respectively. Tori Chelini dished up 37 assists while Sabrina Hopcroft had 28 digs.

In the second match of the day, Montana Tech defeated Morningside 3-1. The Diggers rattled off three straight set victories after dropping the first set to Morningside.

Montana Tech is 7-3 on season and continues the Bellevue Labor Day Tournament on Saturday with two matches against Baker University and Dordt University.
