WHITEFISH, Mont. – The Frontier Conference announced that Montana Tech's
McKenna Kaelber is the Frontier Setter of the Week.
The award is the fourth for Kaelber this season. Kaelber leads the Frontier Conference in total assists (905) and assists per set (9.3).
Kaelber, a 5-foot-11 freshman setter, helped the Orediggers to two victories last week. The Orediggers swept Montana Western and No. 16 Rocky Mountain College.
The Pasco, Washington native averaged 14.5 sets and two digs per set on the weekend. Kaelber posted match totals of 41 assists against Montana Western and 46 against Rocky.
Montana Tech finishes the regular season this week. The Orediggers travel to Carroll College Wednesday before finishing at home against Lewis-Clark State on Saturday afternoon.
