Great Falls, Mont.- Oredigger Volleyball started their weekend tournament at University of Providence with a bang defeating Medicine Hat in straight sets 25-10, 25-20, 25-8.
The Tech team hit for an impressive .314 for the match while Medicine Hat hit in negative figures notching a -.101 attack percentage. The Orediggers outkilled the team from Canada 37-to-14 and also outblocked Medicine Hat 6-to-2.
Montana Tech was led by
Gena McMillan's 12 kills,
McKenna Kaelber's 32 assists, and
Sabrina Hopcrofts 18 digs.
The Orediggers improve to 11-2 overall and take on Benedictine University-Mesa on Saturday at 1 P.M.
