2010: Played in 21 matches and recored a serve receive percentage of 94%.

2009: Redshirt season.

High School: Was an outstanding volleyball and softball player at Idaho Falls HS. All-state and team captain in volleyball in 2008, also earned an All-Conference and All-District honors three times each. Was a two-year captain of her softball team, earning All-Region honors both years.

Personal: Favorite food is grilled cheese and tomato soup. Favorite TV show is LA INK. Nickname is “Mato.” Once met Jon Header, who played the title character in “Napoleon Dynamite.”

Tobin on Emily: “Emily will definitely see much more game time this season. She has proved to me that she not only is a force in the back row, but in the front row as well. She is an explosive hitter because she can really jump out of the gym and has an incredibly fast arm swing. I am looking forward to seeing her on the court this year.”
