High School: Alex was first-team All-Eastern AA Conference and second-team Class AA All-State in volleyball both her junior and senior years.  Alex earned Academic All-State in volleyball, basketball, and softball every year of high school.

She also received the outstanding defensive player award her junior year.  She is a member of the National Honor Society, the Science National Honor Society, was the recipient of the Student of the Year Award for Butte Exchange Club, and was one of the valedictorians of her graduating class.

Tobin on Alex: “I am very happy to have signed Alex.  She was one of the top athletes out of Montana this year.  She will be an asset to our team because she is so competitive and will put it all on the court to get a win.  Alex’s ability to read the hitters and put herself in a position to dig a ball will allow her to become a great back row player.  She is a good passer, and as she refines her skills, she will become an exceptional passer.”
