Biography
2015: Appeared in 23 matches. Recorded 37 blocks averaging .67 per set. Named NAIA Daktronics Scholar Athlete and Academic All-Conference.
2014: Did not play due to injury
2013: Redshirted  season.
High School: A multisport athlete for the Maroons participating in volleyball, basketball, and track and field. Cooney was a member of the first Butte Central team to attend the Class A state tournament for volleyball earning an All-Conference selection. Selected All-Conference for basketball and attended the state track meet in long jump, triple jump, javelin, 400m, 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay.
Personal: Mariah, the daughter of Colleen Kasperick and Chris Cooney, is pursuing a degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
