Tyree Haynie is the men’s basketball Athlete of the Week. The senior point guard from Chico, California played in two contests last week. The Orediggers lost to Carroll College on Thursday in Helena 58-66 and to Rocky Mountain on Saturday 69-84 in Billings.

At Carroll, Haynie netted 21 points on 7 of 11 shooting. He grabbed 5 rebounds in the game and had two steal. Haynie was 5 of 6 from beyond the arc and 2 of 3 from the free throw line.

On Saturday in Billings, Haynie had 9 points, three rebounds and a steal.
