Spokane, WA - The Digger Volleyball team beat Northwest University in their third game of the Red Lion Cascade/ Frontier Challenge.  They defeated the Eagles in 3 sets 25-22 25-17 25-18.

The Lady Diggers outhit the Eagles 41-29.

Sydney Norris and Shersteen Cline both had solid nights at the net combining for 27 kills.  Sydney Norris led with 15 kills and 1 block.  Shersteen Cline finished with 12 kills and led the team with a 0.435 hitting percentage.

Kimmy Kavran finished with 21 digs and 2 service aces to help take the win.


The Diggers take on the Geoducks from Evergreen tomorrow at 2:00 PM in Spokane in another NAIA non-conference match-up.
