Bryn Hasquet and
Kelsey DeWit combined for 36 points but the Lady Diggers fell 67-89 to UGF.
This was the first loss to UGF for Tech since the 2005-2006 season.Â
Bryn Hasquet poured in 16 points and was a perfect 6-6 from the field in the first half. Hasquet finished the contest with 18 points and two assists off the bench for the Lady Diggers.
Kelsey DeWit notched 18 points, grabbed 9 rebounds and dished out an assist for the Tech while
Kabri Emerson collected her third double double of the season scoring 11 and retrieving 10 caroms.
Montana Tech shot 47 percent in the contest while the Argos shot at a 48 percent clip from the floor and 42 percent from three.
Erin Legel led the Lady Argos with 31 points and Taylor Statton chipped in 18.
Montana Tech falls to 4-8 in conference and 8-11 overall.
Tech takes on Carroll College this Thursday night in Helena.
