BUTTE, Mont. - The frist-place Montana Tech Orediggers put their seven-game winning streak on the line when they host 19th-ranked Lewis-Clark State Warriors Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.
For the RecordThe Diggers took on NCAA D-I foe the Montana Grizzlies in an exhibition earlier this week. Tech struggled from the field shooting 15-for-51 (.294) on the night.
Reid Baerlocher led all Diggers with a 10-point performance.

The Diggers are in the midst of their longest win streak (7) since the 1998-99 season. Tech defeated MSU-N, 76-67 on Friday then beat Great Falls 75-66 on Saturday.
Antonio Snow paced the Ordiggers averaging 17.5 points, 5.5 assists and 3.5 rebounds on the weekend.

Scouting the WarriorsThe 19th-ranked L-C State Warriors enter Saturday's contest with a 15-3 record. The Warriors went 1-1 last week to open up the conference first falling to Great Falls, 79-73 then beating MSU-Northern 80-76. The Warriors are led by senior Brady Bagby (15.9 ppg) and transfer Jacob Wiley (14.8 ppg).

L-C offense ranks first in the Frontier averaging 93.4 points per game. They rank second in the nation in assists with 18.8 per contest.

Last Time vs. Lewis-Clark StateTech and L-C split both contest last year with each team winning at home. The Warriors took the 105-60 win at Lewiston but the Diggers returned the favor with a 81-74 thriller in Butte.
Adam Greger paced the Diggers averaging 13.5 points in both contest.

Home Sweet HomeThe Diggers are currently 7-1 (.875) at the HPER. Tech's last lost on Kelvin Sampson Court came against Cal Maritime Academy on Nov. 22. The Keelhaulers hit a three-point basket as time expired to win 64-61.
