BUTTE, Mont. – Montana Tech men's basketball soared past the Northwest Indian College Eagles 99-66.

Sadiq Inuwa led the Orediggers (2-0) over the smaller squad with the first double-double of his college career netting 20 points and 10 rebounds. Inuwa shot 9-of-13 from the field and 2-for-5 from the free throw line.
Montana Tech outrebounded Northwest Indian College 50-32.
Carson Dummer also notched a double-double with 20 points and a game-high 12 rebounds. The sophomore big man shot 8-of-14 from the field.
Junior
John Chapman had 18 points and five assists. The Frenchtown native shot 5-of-6 from beyond the arc.
The Orediggers shot 50.6 percent from the field in the game and 46.7 percent from three.
Lukan Vining had 13 points and
Flemming Okeke had 10 points and eight rebounds.
Jaloni Peppers led the Eagles with 20 points and seven rebounds.
Montana Tech hosts Northwest Indian College again tomorrow night at 7:30 p.m. at the HPER Complex.
