Box Score Billings-- A cold shooting night doomed Montana Tech as the Diggers fell to MSU-B 58-44 on Friday night. 

Montana Tech shot just 30 percent from the field and connected on just two three-pointers in the loss. The Diggers clawed their way back from a 20 point deficit to trail by eight points with a few minutes left. The Diggers comeback fell short however as Montana Tech made just 12 of their 24 free throws on the night. 

Sadiq Inuwa and Chris O'Neill led the Diggers with eight points apiece. Inuwa added six rebounds and three blocks for Montana Tech. 

The Diggers wrap up their opening road trip with a game against Dickinson State Saturday afternoon.
