Box Score Billings, Mont. – The Montana Tech Volleyball team defeated No. 21 Rocky Mountain College 3-1 on Friday night 21-25, 26-24, 25-23, and 25-17.

The Orediggers hit just .194 led by Masha Korol and Angela Molesworth who tallied 15 and 14 kills apiece. Haley Druyvestein added nine kills and Nicole Peacock had eight kills on the evening.

Montana Tech hit for an impressive .310 in the third set tallying 17 kills.

The Diggers out blocked Rocky 25-to-14 led by Druyvestein who had 11.

The Orediggers improve to 19-7 overall and 9-1 in the Frontier Conference. The victory was Coach Solomon's 200^th of his career and his first win in Billings.

Montana Tech travels to Great Falls to take on the University of Providence Thursday night at 7 p.m.
