Tech Falls to Missouri Valley

Montana Tech dropped a five set thriller against Missouri Valley to open the Bellevue Labor Day Tournament. After falling behind two sets, the Diggers rebounded to take the third and fourth sets before falling in the final set 16-14. Montana Tech hit for .209 for the match and was led offensively by Masha Korol who tallied 25 kills and Karina Mickelson who added 20. Sabrina Hopcroft led Tech defensively with 34 digs while Kamaile Moody registered all 63 assists.
