BUTTE, Mont. – Montana Tech football announced the 2020 football schedule today. The Orediggers take the field in La Grande, Oregon against Eastern Oregon on August 29^th to open the season. The home opening Copper Game presented by Rocky Mountain Credit Union features rival Carroll College on Bob Green Field at Alumni Coliseum.

After an early bye week, the Orediggers stay in Butte when they host Rocky Mountain College on September 19^th. The game is part of Hall of Fame Weekend with the 2020 Oredigger Hall of Fame Class inducted on Friday night. The Battlin' Bears play host to the Orediggers on October 31^st in Billings.

Tech travels to Dillon for the first of two games against Montana Western on September 26^th. The Bulldogs will be in the Mining City for the final game of the season on November 7^th and Senior Day.

The Homecoming opponent for 2020 is Montana State University-Northern on October 3^rd. The Orediggers finish the season in Havre against the Northern Lights on November 14^th.

The Orediggers travel to the College of Idaho on October 10^th and host Southern Oregon on October 24^th.

Spring practice starts on March 11^th and concludes on April 18^th. The Spring Game is slated for 10 a.m. at Alumni Coliseum. The annual Miner's Ball Auction hosted by the Digger Athletics Association is on the night of April 18^th.
