BUTTE, Mont. – The 2020 Miners Ball and Digger Athletic Association Auction is moving to an online format this year. The annual fundraiser supporting Montana Tech's student-athletes and athletic programs originally scheduled for April 18^th will instead be a week-long online fundraising and giving event from May 24^th to the 30^th. The auction is the primary fundraiser for Digger Athletics and Montana Tech student-athletes.

Due to the implications of COVID-19, the event will not be able to take place in its traditional format in the HPER Complex. Last year's auction added an online function and will use the same process for the upcoming event. The auction will feature a number of great items and experiences for Oredigger faithful to bid on using their computer or smart phone.

All proceeds from the Miners Ball directly contribute to Montana Tech student-athlete scholarships. In addition to items available for auction, Oredigger fans will also be able to donate directly to the Digger Athletic Association.
