HELENA, Mont. – Carroll College topped Montana Tech in four sets winning 25-22, 22-25, 25-14, 25-21.

The Orediggers (4-5) kept the first set close and won the second set, but the Saints (6-3) controlled the last two frames. 

The Saints outhit the Orediggers 59-45 led by Taelyr Krantzs' 20 kills. Lexi Michelson finished with 12. 

The Orediggers hit .326 in the first set, but only .139 for the match. 

Karina Mickelson led the Orediggers with 15 kills hitting for .188. 

Sophomore Taylor Henley had 13 kills and just 1 error hitting .462 in the match.

Hannah Oggerino had 19 digs. 

Montana Tech faces Carroll College again tomorrow at 1 p.m.
