BUTTE, Mont. – The Montana Tech men's basketball team capped off the nonconference schedule with an 80-70 victory over Keyano University.
The Orediggers (13-2, 1-1) stay unbeaten at home this season winning their 21
st straight game on Kelvin Sampson Court going back to last season.
Tech outpaced the Huskies by five points in both halves and led by as many as 18 in the second half. The Orediggers hot 51.1% in the second half and finished with a 42.2% shooting percentage.
The Orediggers outrebounded the Huskies 44 to 34.
Caleb Bellach caught fire in the second half scoring 17 of his 25 points. Bellach shot 10 for 19 from the field in the game with three assists and three rebounds.
Hayden Diekhans finished with a double-double 14 points and 11 rebounds. Diekhans shot 5 for 7 from the field and had a game high five steals.
Michael Ure had 15 points and seven rebounds.
Chrishon Dixon had 12 points, five rebounds, and three assists.
Sean-Michael Clancy led the Huskies with 23 points.

th when they host Carroll College at the HPER Complex.
