BUTTE, Mont. -- The Montana Tech women's basketball team scored the program's most points in more than five years en route to a 99-30 runaway win over King's (Alberta) Saturday on Kelvin Sampson Court.
Five Orediggers scored in double figures, led by

Aubrie Rademacher tacked on 13 points and seven rebounds in the winning effort,
Brooklynn Hankwitz scored 12, and
Halle Haber and
Macy Mayer chipped in 10 apiece for the Orediggers (9-4).
Montana Tech wasted no time taking control of the ballgame, scoring the game's first nine points. Tech extended the lead to 28-7 by the first quarter's close, led by Rademacher's seven first-period points. The Orediggers continued to dominate in the second, outscoring the Eagles 18-6 to carry a 46-13 lead into the half.
The second half proved no different. Haber scored all 10 of her points after the break to help the Diggers roll to victory.
Montana Tech will break for the year-end holiday before beginning Frontier Conference competition Saturday, January 4 at 2 p.m. at Rocky Mountain.
It was Montana Tech's most points in a game since an October 25, 2019 win over Salish Kootenai College, 109-32.
