BUTTE -- Liv Wangerin tallied a double-double, leading four Montana Tech women's basketball players in double figures as the 13th-ranked Orediggers stormed past visiting Bismarck State Saturday evening in Valley Bank Arena. 

Humpherys scored a team-best 20 points for the Orediggers (18-4, 14-4 Frontier Conference) while Wangerin dumped in 17 points and grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds in the win. Brooke Badovinac scored 11 points, and Halle Haber added 10 for Montana Tech. 

The Orediggers scored the game's first six points and never looked back, racing to a 24-7 lead after the first quarter was finished. Humpherys had six points in the opening frame. Tech's first-quarter defense was stifling; the Mystics shot just 2-for-16 from the field to start the game. 

Tech continued the barrage in the second, putting up 27 points in the quarter to lead 51-25 at halftime. 

Humpherys continued to lead the way in the second half, scoring nine points in the final 20 minutes as the Orediggers rolled to victory. 

Kennedy Stormer led Bismarck State (6-17, 6-12) with 22 points. 

Montana Tech's 93 points were the Orediggers' second-most this season behind the 96 Tech scored in a January 2 road win over Bismarck State. 

The Orediggers will return home next weekend to play host to Bellevue and No. 7-ranked Dakota State.
