Biography

2012: Did not play.

2011: Ranked third in passing in the Northern California Football Association passing for 2,381 yards and 18 touchdowns at Sierra College. Set school passing record vs. Feather River throwing for 413 yards and five touchdowns (10/8).

High School: Helped lead First Coast High School to their first undefeated regular season in 2010. Selected First Team All-Conference junior and senior years. Set record for most passing yards in a game (480 yards).

Personal: Herman, son of Herman and Sophia Tapley, is pursuing a degree in Business Accounting.
