Biography

2014: Started all 10 games. Had 84 tackles (61 solo, 23 assisted), 6 sacks for 41.5 yards, 14.5 tackles for loss for 95.5 yards, 3 pass deflections and a fumble recovery. Named Second-Team American Football Coaches Association NAIA All-America. First-Team All-Conference. Had 5 tackles and 2 sacks vs. Carroll (9/13). Recorded 10 total tackles and .5 sack vs. Rocky Mountain (10/11). Had 10 total tackles and a pass deflections vs. Eastern Oregon (11/1). Had a career-high 17 total tackles and a sack vs. Southern Oregon (11/8). Named Academic All-Conference.

2013: Started all 10 games. Recorded 63 total tackles (30 solo and 33 assisted). Ranked fourth on the team in total tackles. Had 9.5 TFL and 4 sacks. Career and season high 10 tackles vs. EOU (9/7) and SOU (11/16). Named academic All-Conference.

2012: Played in all 11 games. Fifth on team in tackles with 66 (31 solo and 35 assisted). Recorded 5.5 TFL and 3 sacks. Named academic All-Conference. 

2011: Redshirted for the Orediggers.

Personal: David, son of Phil and Kate, is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
