2016-17: Chapman appeared in all 29 games starting 15 games averaging 24.5 minutes per game. Averaged 9.0 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.4 assists.Chapman tied his career-high with 24 points against Yellowstone Christian (11/11). 

2015-16: Appeared in 29 games making 3 starts averaging 14.5 minutes per game. Averaged 3.6 points, and 2.0 rebounds per game. Totaled 21 steals on the season. Had a career high 24 points vs. Rocky Mountain College (Mont.) (2/18).

2014-15: Appeared in 18 games. Averaged 2.1 points and 0.8 rebounds. Shot 46.9 percent from the field. Had seven points vs. Northwest Indian College (12/6). Went 4-for-5 from the field for nine points vs. College of Idaho (11/15). Scored eight points, pulled down three rebounds and dished out two assists vs. Concordia University College of Alberta (10/11).

High School: Three time team captain led the Northwestern A Division in scoring his junior and senior years. As a senior, finished with 416 points and a 19.8 point per game average while shooting 47 % from the field, 32 % from three and 72 % from the free throw line. Averaged 6 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 3 steals a game. Selected All-State his junior and senior years. Selected All-Conference at safety in football and three-time All-Conference selection in track and field. 

Personal: John, the son of Roberta and Fred, is pursuing a degree in petroleum engineering.
