Montana State University: Played two seasons for coach Danny Sprinkle

2021-22: Started in all 31 of the Orediggers Frontier Conference Championship season. Was second on the team averaging 15.2 points and led the team in three-pointers made (55). Bellach shot 44.1 percent from the field and 39.6 from three-point range while also averaging 4.1 rebounds and collecting 28 steals. Season high 28 points vs Rocky Mountain College (12/4). Was named Frontier Conference Newcomer of the Year while also earning first team all-conference honors along with NAIA all-America honorable mention.

2022-23: Started 30 games of the Orediggers Frontier Conference Championship season. Caleb led the Orediggers in scoring at 18.2 points per game. He also led the Frontier in scoring against conference opponents at 21.8 points per game. He shot 47.4 percent from the field, and 33.6 percent from the three-point line. Caleb was selected as the Frontier Conference MVP for 2022-23, as well as an NAIA First Team All-American. He hit a season-high 27 points twice, first at Carroll College Jan.21, and again vs. Carroll at home on Feb. 9. 

2023-24: Returning from a significant knee injury, Caleb played in 25 games this season, (starting in 24) averaging 13.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game. He had a season-high 21 at Montana Western on Feb 3, 2024. Caleb was selected First Team All-Conference. He finishes his career at Montana Tech with 1344 total points, 9th all-time in Montana Tech history.
