Biography

High School: Played three years for coach Jim Stergar. He competed in three straight state championship games with the Rams. As a senior, he helped lead his team to a 21-2 record, an Eastern A Divisional championship, and a Class A state championship. Sam led the Rams in scoring (12.7 ppg) and rebounding (6.1 rpg), while tallying 1.8 apg and shooting 55.5% from the field. Sam was an all-State selection and represented the state in the Montana-Wyoming all-star series. Sam will pursue an Applied Health and Science major.

2019-20: Redshirted.

2020-21: Appeared in 1 game.

2021-22: Saw limited action appearing in 5 games in the Orediggers Frontier Conference Championship season.

2022-23:  Had playing time in 17 games in the Orediggers Frontier Conference Championship season. Sam had a season-high 8 points (on 4-4 shooting) against Portland Bible College, Oct.29.

2023-24: Played in the first eight games of the season, before losing the rest of the season to injury. Sam had 9 points against both Portland Bible College, and Concordia University.
