Biography

2016-18: Played two seasons at Sacramento City College. Owens averaged 20.6 points while shooting 44.2 percent from the field and 40.5 from beyond the arc. He also averaged 8 rebounds and 1.9 assists. During conference action, Owens averaged 23 points, 9.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists. Owens hit double-figures every game last season including 20-plus point efforts on 12 occasions.
