Aubrie Rademacher joined the Montana Tech women's basketball staff as a volunteer assistant prior to the 2025-26 season.
A former All-Frontier Conference forward, Rademacher helped the Orediggers reach the NAIA national tournament for the first time in more than a decade in her senior season. The Kalispell native finished her five-year career ranked in Tech's all-time top 10 in free-throw percentage, free throws made, and rebounds. She was also a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District and NAIA/Daktronics Scholar-Athlete honoree.
She graduated from Montana Tech in 2025 with a degree in biological sciences.
