Biography
2015-16: Appeared in 27 games making 22 starts averaging 29.1 minutes per game. Averaged 12.0 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game.( Finished the season with 325 total points averaging 80.3 percent from the free throw line.) Had a career and team high 31 points vs. Montana State-Northern (2/27). Tied the record for three-point field goals made with 7 vs Lewis-Clark State (2/13). Ranked sixth in the Frontier Conference in three-point field goals made per game and eighth in total rebounds per game. Earned Frontier Conference Academic All-Conference and Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete. Named Frontier Conference Player of the Week twice (2/22, 2/29). Selected Women’s All-Conference Team (honorable mention.)
2014-15:Â Started in all 31 games. Named Frontier Conference Honorable Mention. Named Frontier Conference Player of the Week (11/3). Second on the team in scoring (11.4) and rebounding (5.9). Ranked third in the conference and 28th nationally in three pointer made with 66. Finished seventh in the conference in three-point percentage (.373). Shot 82.9 percent from the free-throw line. Led the team in blocks with 15 which also ranked ninth in the Frontier. Scored in double figures in 21 games and tallied two double-doubles. Scored 18 points in the Frontier Conference semifinals vs. Westminster (Utah) (3/6). Had a career-high 21 points vs. Lewis-Clark State (Idaho) (2/14). Went 5-for-5 from three-point range for 17 points vs. Dickinson State (N.D.) (11/1).
2013-14:Â Saw action in 21 games averaging 11.3 minutes. Averaged 3.3 points and 2.8 rebounds. Shot 46.6% from the field and 81.3% from the free throw line. Career and season high 9 points vs. UGF (1/31). Career and season high 6 rebounds vs. Dickinson State (1/11).
High School: As a senior, averaged 11.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 2.5 steals a game. Shot 42% from the field and 86% from the free throw line. Selected All-State three times and led her team to three conference and district championships. Finished second at state tournament as a senior. Three-time All-Tournament honoree. Long and triple jump state champion. All-State in track and cross country six separate times. Named valedictorian, participated in student council, National Honor Society, band and 4-H.
Personal:Â Martha, the daughter of David and Catherine, is pursuing a degree in Nursing.
