Biography

2023-24: Started in all 29 games for Montana Tech. Soda averaged 3.6 points, and 3.1 rebounds a game. She had a season-high 19 points at Eastern Oregon on Nov 10, 2023. In three seasons she has 347 points as an Oredigger. 

2022-23: Started in all 26 games for the Orediggers, averaging 6.4 points and 3.8 rebounds a game while shooting 38.9% from the floor. She scored a season-high 19 points at MSU-Northern on Jan 28, 2023. 

2021-22: Played in all 29 games for the Orediggers, averaging 2.6 points and 1.5 rebounds, shooting 40.6 percent from the field.

2020-21:  Appeared in 17 games, starting 11 of them. Rice averaged 3.9 points and 2.7 rebounds while shooting 28.4 percent from the field.

2019-20: Redshirted at Minot State University.


High School: Rice, a 5-11 forward from Savage, Mont., played prep for Savage HS. Rice was a multi-sport athlete for the Warriors playing basketball, volleyball, and running track. Rice was a three-time All-State selection and scored 1,139 points.
