2024-25: Remained a key piece and leader for Montana Tech, leading the Orediggers to the NAIA tournament and one of the best seasons in program history ... Started all 30 games and averaged career-highs in scoring (10.7), minutes (27.2), and assists (1.7) ... Ranked second on the team with 5.0 rebounds per game, checking into Montana Tech's all-time top 10 in the category ... Scored in double figures 12 times on the season ... Also finished her career in Tech's all-time top 10 in free throws made and free-throw percentage.

2023-24: Started all 29 games for the Orediggers this season, averaging 10.3 points, and 6.3 rebounds a game. She scored a career-high 22 points at Western on Jan 18, 2024. She also pulled down a career-high 17 rebounds against Lakeland College on Dec 28, 2023. 

2022-23: Started in all 26 games, averaging 25 minutes of playing time. She put up 9.7 points per game while shooting 40.5% on the season. She also pulled down 3.8 rebounds a game. 

2021-22: Played in 24 games for the Orediggers. Rademacher averaged 2.4 points and 2.5 rebounds, shooting 37.3 percent from the field.

2020-21: Appeared in 18 games averaging 3.4 points and 3.7 rebounds while shooting 47.8 percent from the field.

High School: Rademacher, a 5-foot-11 guard, averaged 13.5 points and 7.2 rebounds her senior season at Glacier HS. The Kalispell native shot 39.2% from the field and hit 78.7% from the free throw line. Rademacher was named first team all-conference and all-state as a senior. Rademacher was also a two-time all-conference selection in volleyball and track and field. In the classroom, Rademacher was named academic all-state 10 different times.

Personal: Aubrie is pursuing a degree in biological sciences.
