Box Score Butte-The University of Great Falls came out with their wheels turning and dropped Montana Tech 70-41. This was the Orediggers sixth straight loss.
Montana Tech falls to 2-8 in conference play. Great Falls moves above .500 at 5-4.
Great Falls opened the game with a 12-0 run in the first five minutes. That lead would continue to grow with the Argos leading the Orediggers 36-15 at the break.
Tech would shoot a dismal 23.8% from the field and 0-9 from beyond the arc. The Orediggers were plagued by turnovers giving up the ball 13 times in the half. The Argos out rebounded the Orediggers 19-12 in the first half.
Great Falls shot 51.9% from the field in the first half.
The second half would be more of the same. Tech shot 25.5% from the field and 13.6% from three-point range in the game.
Great Falls would end up with a 52.9% shooting percentage from the field on the night. The Argos would pick up 17 steals for the game.

Brian Cummings would break into double digits for the Orediggers with 12 points.
Cole Conway would hit nine points and seven rebounds on the night. Dan Simon had six points and six boards.
Great Falls had four players in double digits. Center Ken Anderson would grab a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds.
Miguel Bocachica had 16 points, three rebounds and two blocks.
Montana Tech is home again tomorrow night when they host the No. 13 MSU-Northern Lights at Kelvin Sampson Court at 7:30 PM.
