Box Score

BILLINGS — Sergio Trocha scored 23 points and pulled down 12 rebounds as Rocky Mountain downed Montana Tech 84-69 Saturday night in a Frontier Conference college men's basketball regular-season finale played at the Fortin Center.

The Bears also got 15 points from John Bayo. They held a 40-35 lead at halftime.

Montana Tech produced four double-figure scorers as Brian Cummings led the team with 16 points, A.J. Paine hit for 12, and Cole Conway and Daniel Simon each scored 11.

Conway also brought down 11 rebounds, giving him a double-double.

“We couldn't match up with Sergio Trocha's size tonight,” Aaron Woliczko, Montana Tech head coach, said. “Brian Cummings shot the ball well for us, tonight, and Cole had a double-double.”

The Orediggers and the other Frontier teams should learn the playoff pairings and confirm schedules for the playoffs Sunday.

“We've got to win one to get another one,” Woliczko said about the postseason games.
