Great Falls – Montana Tech volleyball team fell to the University of Great Falls in four sets. The Argos downed the Lady Diggers 3-1, 22-25, 23-25, 25-22, 20-25.
Montana Tech falls to 1-5 in the Frontier Conference and 11-7 overall.
Shersteen Cline led the Diggers with 22 kills on 0.405 hitting percentage.
Sydney Norris had 14 kills on 0.310 hitting percentage.
Kimmy Kavran had 17 digs in the match.
“We had a great effort and play from the entire team. Tonight was simply two teams making a lot of great plays and University of Great Falls just made a few more. It was a match and effort I am very proud of and hopefully one we can continue to build on,” said head coach
Brian Solomon.
The Lady Diggers are in Havre tomorrow night to face the MSU Lights at 7 PM.
