Travis Peevey's strong performance led Montana Tech to a come from behind victory over Walla Walla University 81-59.
Peevey would lead the Orediggers on offense by scoring 23 points including 5 three pointers.
Montana Tech struggled to make baskets in the first half and would go into halftime down 30-28 while shooting only 38.7% from the field.
The Orediggers would come out hot on offense in the second half shooting 60.7% from the floor and going 5 of 7 from behind the three point line.
"We had a tough first half putting the ball in the basket but we were able to turn it around in the second half", said Coach O'Herron.
Junior
Adam Greger had another solid performance on offense scoring 19 points and shooting 50% for the ballgame.
Bryan Bock would chip in 16 points, collect 6 rebounds, and tally 6 assists for the Diggers as well.
Montana Tech held Walla Walla to just 36% shooting in the ballgame.
"We were very good on the defensive side for most of the game", remarked O'Herron.
Leading the Wolves in scoring was Tristan Greenidge who finished with 18.
Montana Tech improves to 4-1 this season and will face Black Hills State at home this Wednesday at 7 p.m.
