BUTTE - The Orediggers controlled the entire game against Dickinson State sweeping the Blue Hawks on the year. Tech downed Dickinson 71-56.  

Montana Tech (15-13, 6-8) ends their three game skid.

Dickinson State (10-18, 3-9) drops their fifth straight.

The Orediggers hit 50-percent from the field in the game and 7 of 16 from long.

Senior Dan Simon had a double-double netting 11 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Simon added two assists, a block and a steal.

Adam Greger dropped 27 points in the game hitting 11 of 18from the field and 3 of 5 from beyond the arc. He also had six rebounds.

Bryan Bock chipped in 12 points on 4 of 8 shooting including 1 of 1 from long and 3 for 3 from the line. He added two boards and three assists to his totals.

Brandon Rydberg was the only other Digger in double-digits with 11 points. He just missed a double-double grabbing nine boards in a solid effort.

John Hanstad led the Hawks with 16 points and eight rebounds.

Montana Tech is on the road next weekend. The Orediggers take on the UM-Western Bulldogs in Dillon on Thursday.
