Box Score BILLINGS, Mont.- Montana Tech lost a close battle to Rocky Mountain College in the Frontier Conference Tournament on Wednesday night in the Fortin Center, 62-55. 

Montana Tech jumped out to a 23-14 lead at the end of the first quarter before Rocky went on a 13-4 run in the second quarter to tie the score at 27-27 at halftime. 

Montana Tech shot 41.1 percent from the floor but turned the ball over 16 times. The Battlin' Bears shot 34.6 percent from the floor but went to the foul line 29 times. 

The Diggers were led in scoring by Kourtney Coverdell and Mesa Williams who scored 12 and 11 points apiece. Monica Landdeck, Shay Potter, and Kaylee Zard each chipped in eight points. 

The Battlin' Bears were led by Brooke Jones' 19 points. 

Montana Tech finishes the season at 14-17 overall.
