HAVRE, Mont. – Montana Tech swept Montana State Northern 25-20, 25-19, 25-16.

The Orediggers (10-6, 2-0) hit .258 in the match and totaled 38 kills.

Montana Tech had eight aces in the match

Heather Thompson led the Digger attack with 12 kills and finished with a .333 hitting percentage.

Masha Korol added 8 kills and Karina Mickelson had 7.

The Orediggers return home next week when they host Montana Western Thursday at the HPER Complex.
