HELENA, Mont. – No. 23 Montana Tech earned their second conference road victory of the season. The Orediggers downed Carroll College 25-20, 25-15, 19-25, 25-16.
The Orediggers (12-7, 4-1) took the first two frames by a combined 15 points before dropping the third set.
The Saints committed 37 hitting errors while the Orediggers hit .204 as a team with 48 kills.
Masha Korol and 
Heather Thompson led the attack for the Diggers with 13 kills each. Thompson posted a .480 hitting percentage and a team leading five block assists.
Karina Mickelson also hit double-digit kills with eight.
Sabrina Hopcroft had a match-high 26 digs.
Montana Tech hosts Lewis-Clark State Saturday at 2 p.m. on Kelvin Sampson Court.
