BUTTE, Mont. – The Montana Tech men's basketball team rolled over Concordia University of Edmonton for the second game in the two-game series 115-50.
The Orediggers had the hot hand shooting 57.5% in the first half and followed with a 64.7% performance in the second half. The Thunder hit just 31.5% in the game.
Taylor England led the Orediggers with a 11-for-12 performance finishing with 23 points. The junior forward completed a double-double with 11 rebounds.
Senior
Troy Owens Jr. had 21 points going 5-for-10 from beyond the arc.
Derrius Collins had 16 points hitting 5-of-8 and grabbed 5 steals.
Carsten Ritter led the Thunder with 12 points.
Concordia committed 28 turnovers in the game.
The Orediggers dominated the board 45-24.
The Orediggers travel to Billings on Thursday to face Rocky Mountain College at the Metra.
