Havre, Mont – Montana Tech kept their steak alive against MSU Northern in a 23-13 victory over MSU Northern playing for the first time at Halldine Stadium.

The Oredigges (2-3) struck first when Jet Camplell completed a 23-yard touchdown pass running back
Blake Counts. It was the first touchdown reception by Counts in his career.
Izayah Boss got the Lights on the board with a 75 yard rush to tie the score at 7 after the extra point.
The Orediggers scored the next two with Campbell connecting with
Kyle Torgerson on a 20-yard strike and
Trevor Hoffman on a 34 yard score.
The Lights were able to find pay dirt one more time in the game when Devonte Armesto completed an 8-yard touchdown pass to Jack Hoerner.
Jared Griffith finished the game with a 35 yard field goal.
The Oredigger offense had 23 first downs to just 10 by the Lights.
Tech finished with 404 yards of total offense.
Campbell went 17 of 32 for 300 yards passing and thew 2 scores.
Counts rushed 25 times for 104 yards.
Torgerson had a team-high 6 receptions and 80 yards receiving. Hoffman had 3 catches for 73 yards.
Zach Trumble led the Orediggers with 7 tackles and Angel Sanchez had 6. Trumble also had 2 sacks and 4.5 tackles for a loss.
Cole Wyant had a sack and 2 tackles.
Devonte Armstro combined for 116 yards passing.
Armstro finished with 73 yards on the ground and Isayah Boss had 110 yards on the ground.
Montana Tech returns hone next weekend for the Hall of Fame game when they host College of Idaho.
